RENOTIFICATION. Stage 1 DA Concept Plan for redevelopment as a mixed use precinct including residential, commercial and recreation uses. The proposal includes building envelopes for nine (9) development blocks ranging in height between two (2) and eight (8) storeys and concept design for landscaping and public domain works. Amendments include the retention of trees at the corner of Ashmore Street and Mitchell Road, floor space reduction and redistribution across the site, and modified building envelopes. The application is Integrated Development requiring the approval of the NSW Office of Water under the Water Management Act 2000.
