Your waste collection services can occur anytime between 6:00am and 6:00pm. Please wait until after 6:00pm on your scheduled service day to report a missed service (see above for temporary service interruptions).

Complete the form below to report a missed collection for your red lid, yellow lid, green organics bins and booked pickups.

If your maroon lid food scraps recycling collection was missed, please fill in the Report a Local Issue form.

Missed services will be collected within 2 business days. If you have already reported a missed collection, please allow 2 business days before reporting it again.

These requests are serviced Monday to Sunday.

Intended recipients: In order to deal with the information access request we may need to pass the information to City of Sydney employees and City of Sydney contractors.
